The class combines classical pilates exercises in flowing sequences and will help you progress from simple exercises to more advanced variations seamlessly. Beginners will have the option to stay with foundation exercises while the more advanced will be able to feel challenged.
Vinyasa yoga gives focus on connecting breathing to your movements and is set at a faster pace. During class, you can expect to stay in a constant flow of movements. With Vinyasa, it is a good addition to your cardio routine to improve your strength, muscle tone and endurance. You will find better stability and balance, practice mindfulness and improve sensory systems. These will lead to managing stress and anxiety levels. This class will require some basic knowledge and experience in yoga.
Yin-Yang yoga is a slower and calmer practice where poses are held for a longer period. The Yin involves working on the deeper and denser connective tissues and joints, while the Yang involves a dynamic flow that develops muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility. The blend of these two styles provides an equal balance between the internal and external, the calm and dynamic, and the cooling and warming. This is a great class for all levels.
